Miniature fork-style (slot) photoelectric sensor with a 5 mm slot width, built to detect very small parts (down to 0.8 x 1.8 mm) passing through the fork gap. Uses a 940 nm infrared LED emitter and receiver in one compact PBT housing, so no separate alignment is needed. Dual complementary PNP output, up to 5 kHz switching frequency. Used for lead-frame detection, small-parts counting, cam/limit position sensing, and wafer-carrier positioning.
